Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 working days. Please note that certain items, such as pre-orders, may require additional processing time.

Domestic Orders:
We offer delivery across India within 7-10 working days*. Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

At the Time of Delivery:
If your product arrives in poor condition or the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and do not accept the order. Contact our customer care team - 8790007741 with your order ID, and we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments through the PhonePe payment gateway, which supports all major VISA credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payments are processed in INR (Indian National Rupee), with all duties and taxes included in the price.

Self-Shipping to SivonaByJanvi:
If the courier company does not offer a reverse pick-up service, you will need to return the product to us. Please contact our care team, and we will provide the return shipping address.
