Sivona Warranty Policy

Sivona offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our demi-fine jewellery pieces, crafted using 304/316 stainless steel or titanium steel, to ensure confidence in quality and workmanship.

The warranty coverage applies based on the plating type mentioned in each product description.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Abnormal tarnishing or fading under normal usage conditions, as per the plating type
Please note: Longevity varies between 18K PVD Gold Plated, 18K Ion Gold Plated, and 18K Gold Electroplated jewellery. Each product clearly mentions its plating for transparency.

Claim Process

  1. Capture clear photos of the affected item.
  2. Email us at care@sivonabyjanvi.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photo evidence
    • Brief description of the issue
  3. Upon review, we will share a return address for self-shipping.
  4. Once the product is received and approved, store credit will be issued as per the terms below.

Store Credit Terms

  • 0–30 days: 75% of invoice value
  • 1–6 months: 50% of invoice value
  • 6–12 months: 25% of invoice value

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Lifetime Support

As a goodwill gesture, if tarnishing occurs after 1 year, Sivona offers a 10% discount on a future purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use or mishandling
  • Breakage, bending, or scratches
  • Third-party repairs, resizing, or alterations
  • Damage or loss of zircons, crystals, stones, or artificial pearls
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, or cleaning agents

Jewellery Care Tips

Sivona jewellery is designed for regular wear. To maintain long-lasting shine:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, and body lotions
  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or heavy workouts
  • Store in a dry, soft pouch when not in use
